Adopting steel ball-locking sliding bearings, the bearing surface is welded with wear-resistant alloy, providing high wear-resistant performance and longer service life.
High-performance rubber sealing structures and metal sealing structures enhance the life and reliability of the entire sealing system.
High-performance environmental protection grease and a bearing structure equipped with an oil storage and pressure compensation system improve the working life of the bearings.
Carbide inserts with high strength and toughness can enhance insert impact resistance and reduce insert breakage rates.
An optimized cutting structure, insert exposed height, quantity, and shape strengthen drilling coverage, fully leveraging the advantages of trench-less reamers.
