The standard design is a suitable choice for quarry production drilling, shallow water well drilling, and underground blasting hole drilling. For abrasive formations, the QM (Quarry Master) version is the optimal choice. It has the same internal components as the standard version but with a larger diameter of the chuck and wear sleeve. The top joint is equipped with tungsten carbide buttons, providing wear protection in harsh and abrasive conditions, safeguarding the top joint from excessive wear as the bit rotates through fractured rock.
